We want you to love every Powerlook purchase. If something doesn’t fit right, isn’t what you ordered, or simply doesn’t match your expectations — we’ve made exchanges and returns simple.

 


 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Window - You can request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order if the size does not fit or if you would like to exchange the product for another available product on the Powerlook website.

  • Exchange Eligibility - To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all original tags attached. The product must also be returned in its original packaging and successfully pass our quality inspection process.

  • Exchange Options - Customers can exchange their product for the same product in a different size or choose any other available product listed on the Powerlook website, subject to stock availability.

  • Product Value Conditions - The replacement product selected during the exchange process must be of equal or higher value than the original product. If the new product is priced higher, the customer will be required to pay the difference in amount. Exchanges for products with a lower value than the original purchase are not permitted.

  • Pickup & Processing - Where reverse pickup service is available, Powerlook will arrange the pickup of the product. Reverse pickups are generally scheduled within 2–3 working days after the exchange request is approved. The exchange process will begin once the returned product is picked up successfully, and the same has been updated on the courier portal.

  • Quality Check - All products returned for exchange undergo a quality inspection by. If the returned product shows signs of use, has been washed or damaged, is missing original tags, or fails the quality verification process, the exchange request may be rejected, and the product may not be accepted for pickup.

  • Product Availability - All exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the selected replacement product becomes unavailable, customers may choose another eligible product or opt for a refund in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy.

  • Self-Shipping Cases - In locations where reverse pickup service is not available, customers may be required to ship the product to us at their own expense. The support team will provide the necessary shipping instructions. Upon submission of a valid shipping receipt, shipping charges will be reimbursed up to ₹99.

  • Important Information - Exchange approval is subject to successful product verification and quality checks. Product availability may change based on inventory levels. Exchange requests can only be raised within the eligible exchange period. Powerlook reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this policy at any time with or without prior notice.

 


 

Return Policy

  • Return Window - You can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Return requests raised after the return window expires will not be eligible for processing.
  • How to Initiate a Return - Log in to your account at Powerlook.in
    Go to My Orders → Select the order → Click Return Product → Update Reason → Select Refund Mode → Submit. 
    Once the request is submitted, our team will review and process it in accordance with the applicable return guidelines.
  • Return Eligibility - To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all original tags attached. The product must also be returned in its original packaging and successfully pass our quality inspection process.
  • Pickup & Processing -  Where reverse pickup service is available, Powerlook will arrange the pickup of the product. Reverse pickups are generally scheduled within 2–3 working days after the return request is approved. Refund processing will begin once the returned product has successfully cleared the quality check and been picked up.
  • Reverse Shipping Charges - A reverse shipping charge of ₹99 per shipment will be deducted from the refund amount for all standard returns. Shipping charges and COD fees paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable. Any exceptions, promotional offers, or wallet refund benefits, if applicable, will be communicated separately.

  • Quality Check - All products returned to Powerlook undergo a quality inspection. If the returned product shows signs of use, has been washed or damaged, is missing original tags, is not returned in its original packaging, or fails the quality verification process, the return request may be rejected, and the product may be returned to the customer.
  • Refund Process - Refunds will be processed within 48 working hours after the returned product has been successfully picked up, passed the quality check process, and the logistics partner has updated the return status. The refund will be initiated through the refund method selected by the customer at the time of submitting the return request, in accordance with Powerlook's prevailing Refund Policy.
  • Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Products - Any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Customers are required to share clear photographs and relevant details with our support team at support@powerlook.in for investigation and resolution.
  • Self-Shipping Cases -

    In locations where reverse pickup service is unavailable, customers may be required to ship the product to our warehouse at their own expense. The support team will provide the necessary shipping instructions. For self-shipped returns, no reverse pickup charge of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount once the returned product is received and approved after quality verification.

    Customers are advised to pack the product securely, mention the Order ID and registered mobile number on the package, and retain the courier receipt until the return process is completed. We recommend using India Post Speed Post or any reliable courier partner. Please do not use The Professional Couriers for returns.

  • Important Information - Return approval is subject to successful product verification and quality checks. Shipping charges, COD charges, and other service fees paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable. Return requests can only be raised within the eligible return period. Product availability, policies, and operational processes may change from time to time. Powerlook reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this policy at any time with or without prior notice.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility - Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received at our warehouse and successfully passes the quality inspection process. Products that are used, washed, damaged, missing original tags, or fail quality verification will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer.
  • Refund Amount - For standard returns, a reverse shipping charge of ₹99 per shipment will be deducted from the refund amount when the refund is processed to the original payment source.

    Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, gift packaging charges, and any other service fees paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.
  • Customers who choose to receive their refund in their Powerlook Wallet will receive the full eligible refund amount without any deduction of the ₹99 reverse shipping charge. However, COD charges and other non-refundable service fees will not be refunded.
  • Refund Modes - For prepaid orders, customers can choose to receive the refund either to the original payment source or to their Powerlook Wallet.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds can be processed either to the customer's bank account or to their Powerlook Wallet. Customers opting for a bank refund must provide accurate bank account details for processing.
  • Refund Timeline - Refunds to the original payment source are generally processed within 5–7 working days after the refund is approved. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
  • For COD orders refunded to a bank account, the refund is generally processed within 7 working days after verification of the bank details.
  • Powerlook Wallet refunds are typically credited within 2 working days after the returned product is received and successfully passes quality checks.
  • Exchange Order Refunds - If a customer receives an exchanged product and later wishes to return that exchanged item, the refund amount will be credited only to the customer's Powerlook Wallet. Refunds for exchanged products will not be processed to the original payment source, bank account, UPI, card, or any other payment method.
  • Self-Shipped Returns - In cases where reverse pickup service is unavailable and the customer self-ships the return, no ₹99 reverse shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount, provided the return is approved after quality verification.
  • Incorrect Bank Details - Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account details for COD refunds. If incorrect or incomplete details are shared, the refund may be delayed. If valid bank details are not provided within 7 days of our request, Powerlook reserves the right to credit the refund amount to the customer's Powerlook Wallet.
  • Quality Check & Refund Approval - All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. If the product fails the quality check due to signs of use, washing, damage, missing tags, or any other condition that makes it ineligible for return, the refund request will be rejected and the product may be shipped back to the customer.
  • Important Information - Refund approval is subject to successful product verification and quality checks. Refund timelines are calculated from the date the returned product is received and approved at our warehouse. Powerlook reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this policy at any time with or without prior notice.
  • This version is aligned with your updated Exchange Policy and Return Policy, and it also addresses the most common refund-related complaints you've received (₹99 fee, exchange refunds, wallet refunds, and refund delays).
