Placing an order on Powerlook is quick and easy. Follow the steps below:
- Visit www.powerlook.in
- Log in using your registered mobile number or email ID
- Browse through the collection and select your preferred product
- Choose the correct size using the Size Chart available on the product page
- Click on Add to Cart
- Proceed to Checkout
- Enter your delivery address and select a payment method
- Click on Place Order
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp.

No. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. However, you may refuse the delivery at the time of delivery if you do not wish to accept the order.

To initiate a return or exchange:
- Log in to your Powerlook account
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order and click on Return or Exchange
- Choose the reason and select the required size for exchange.
- Follow the pickup instructions displayed
Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
All returns are subject to a quality check

- Within 24hrs of delivery,Mention the packet condition at the time of delivery (damaged/torn)
- Share clear images of the packet, product, and shipping label within 24 hours

- Once we receive and verify the product(s), we’ll process a full refund within 48 hours. No ₹100 reverse pickup charge will be deducted.
- Do not use The Professional Couriers for returns — they are unreliable.
- We recommend using India Post Speed Post for safe and cost-effective shipping
