After placing your order, you can easily track its status on the Order Details page in your account. Log in to your Powerlook account, navigate to "My Orders," and select the order you wish to track. You'll find real-time updates on your order's progress there.

We know it’s hard to wait for the products you ordered. And we have always strived to deliver your order as quickly as possible with our trusted courier partners. Once you place an order, it will be dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery times vary based on your location: In Mumbai, Expected delivery is within 3-4 working days, In Metro areas Delivery will take 5-7 working days and orders in other regions should arrive within 10 working days.
If you don’t receive your order within 7-10 days, please email us with all the details or call +91 9696333000 (Mon-Sat, 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM) for assistance.

Return/Exchange:
To initiate any kind of return/exchange request. Please log in to your Powerlook account with your registered Mobile Number -> Tap on your profile -> Select the product from the “My orders” option -> Click Return / Exchange order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags. You can exchange or return items within 7 days if you're not satisfied. Pickup will be arranged within 2-3 days.

When will I get my refund?
When will I get my refund?
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 1-2 working days after we receive the returned product. The amount will be reflected in your account within 5-7 working days.
COD Orders: Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided during the return request. Expect the amount in your account within 7 working days.
Note: Shipping, COD, and reverse shipping charges of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund.

If your order is lost, please contact our customer support team immediately. For damaged products, you can raise a return request and share pictures of the damaged item with us during the return process. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible.
