Returns and Cancellation Policy
- You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by visiting the My Orders section before the order is shipped.
- After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation mail and the refund details to the registered e-mail address.
- If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to your account.
- Full amount shall be refunded to you i.e along with shipping charges if any to your bank account
- In case your query is still not resolved, please write to us at email@example.com. Our Customer Care representatives will be happy to help you.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We strive to deliver the very best! But unfortunately, if you receive a damaged/defective product, do notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Share a picture with us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the order details and we’ll make it our top priority!
Kindly make sure in case in damaged product you intimate us within 24 -48 hours over the email or phone.
You can return the product within 7 days of receipt of the product.
We will arrange a pick-up for you. All that needs to be done is mentioned below:
- Go to your order section simply click Return Order.
- We shall send you the details of your pick-up email and registered Number.
- You have to keep the package securely packed with the details of order on it and ready before the pick-up boy comes to your doorstep.
- Your pickup will be done in 2-3 days
*Shipping Charges and COD charges charged at time of placing the order is non- refundable.
*We shall charge you shipping charges of Rs.100 in case of reverse pick up the same shall be deducted from your refund.
Please note the following:
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Please also put a note mentioning your order number and your name so that we know that its your package when we receive it.
- We try hard to accept all returns. Returns would be treated as valid only if all seals, labels and bar codes are intact and as long as they’re securely packed. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box only.
- Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days
What if the returned products don’t meet the conditions?
We try our best to make the return process seamless for you! However, the product being returned needs to reach the above mentioned requirements, or else, we would not be able to offer a return/refund to you from our end.We shall notify you the same through your e-mail.
